so this guy name 101chris bans me from the site i had sign out already so i did not notice and was also confuse on what rules i had broken to be banned
So she said she came into my blog and said she was under 18 and ask me to take the videos down i asked her to show ID and she did i then deleted the blog post and the videos on youtube
So Chris and his friends came in here and started to talk shit
So it ok for a 16 year old girl to shower in a 18+ website and make me look like the bad guy?

He is the admin of the site it is his job to make sure casters are not doing inappropriate things especially if the caster is not 18. What a bunch of idiots they are. If something is made available to the public, then the public have every right to record or screenshot what is put out there. It's breaking no laws, so it would be a civil case which they would have to bring forward, at a large cost to themselves, all for something which would fail. Ignore their 'threats' of legal action, they are just trying to intimidate you.
That admin should be fired. What kind of example is it he lets a girl who he knows is 16 casting on a site 18+ taking a shower or walking around in underwear? Paquet I hope you contacted the owner of the site and made him aware of what kind of admin they have. The admin Chris seen the video and knows what happened in her cast yet he did not tell her she should not have casted taking a shower yet calls you the creep. And again you did not know she was 16 and assumed she was 18 being she was casting on a site 18+. If anyone is the creep here it is that admin on Streamup. If people do not want to be recorded do not cast publicly on a social webcam site.

Streamup's "rules" don't apply outside of Streamup by which I mean there's no legal action they can take.All they can do is ban/suspend you from their site.HOWEVER,it is THEY that can have charges filed against for allowing a minor to not only appear on their 18+ website but for also allowing her to shower on camera on said site.What YOU ,Mr.Paq, collected was evidence that can be used as evidence against them in the court of law.These Streamup owners should be treating you very kindly.
