What an idiot copying what Bruce did to Vikki when her rotten teeth were giving her problems. He rather spend money on alcohol then going to a dentist getting them out the proper way. Since he smokes so much next he may get dry sockets for the ones he did fully pull out.

Free health care in Canada does not include dental. He can afford to get his teeth fix he just rather spend his money on drinking. His work would also have some sort of dental plan which he has spoke of.
