so this is what i asked before i got banned i think this is a question that me and a few other people would love the answer too
here a better screenshot that a anon took does not say who banned me but it there now what rule in TOS did i break to get a banned keep in mind no warning they dont tell you how long your banned for or what rule you break when they banned me.
the only rule that even close would be hate speech but was the question that i ask hateful?So i then did the only thing someone can do when they are banned from vl for doing nothing wrong is Email them. For once they reply very quickly. Here is what i wrote.
short and sweet and straight to the point i also sent them a screenshot of the banned because we all know how much miss scruffy loves those screenshots and nothing can be proved without them.
So the reason of my banned? Harassing staff while they were working in a channel.Now i dont know how typing down a question about there website is harassing staff. I did not have it in all caps i was not insulting staff like Sergio calling Mark the N word and being able to cast 20 minutes after now that harassing staff but yet he gets a free pass.The other thing in this respond is that he tells me i should be happy my Channel was moved not deleted when i was casting UFC in People and i had no idea i was breaking the rules.
So i then tell them that i have never Harass staff but then i ask him since when is asking staff a question in the TOS? And why would he think my channel would get banned if im not breaking TOS or got a DMCA complaint. Mark has said the only way to get your Channel shut down is to have a DMCA complaint so why would they delete my channel for no reason?I heard that a few people got there channel deleted because of DMCA if i were you i would ask mark to see those DMCA complaint since it seems they can just delete channel they dont like.
So the new rule on VL? Dont talk to staff when they are in a channel notice how he change the word Harass to Interfering.
So then i apologize that my typing in a chatroom and asking a question was so disruptive that they couldn't concentrait on there work .
at this point i have no idea what hes talking about does he think Haskel trained me in anything?
and it ends with this now i have no idea why they hate me so much i have apologize many times but they both seem like they will hate me until the end of times.I find that very strange since i have never insulted them has much has other have and yet a religious woman like Miss Scruffy cant find it in her heart to forgive me i have doubts that shes religious at all. Asking them a question is harassing them? They just didn't want to be called out in front of everyone knowing what they are doing is wrong moving you to Misc. and not others ie. Frank and others, that is the main reason. They wanted to shut you up so gave you a ban thinking you would. What is Mark talking about when he says ask Haskel for your money back? You did nothing wrong Paquet just wanting answers from them why rules work differently for you then others.

You know they cannot ban anyone, you just come back with a different name. I would not trake being treated differently that their favorites. Keep pressing it until they change. DO NOT LET THEM WIN!
The Vaughns made the classic mistake of engaging with the viewers too much. Plus, they both threaten "worse" if you ask why they banned/whatever. Picture Scruffy telling little Marky that he'll get 2 hours in timeout instead of one if he argues with her. They don't know how to resolve conflicts with the (few) adults on their site.
That is exactly it, they made the mistake of interacting with casters/chatters in channels. You can't do that and expect others to obey the rules you make. You get too friendly many expect special treatment. They have no professionalism what so ever. They expect no one to bring up issues in other channels or on their Facebook pages telling them to be emailed instead but yet when they have a problem with someone via inbox being put on blast they make it a point to advertise it letting everyone else know about it. How is that professional?
Lucky? He shouldn't have gotten a ban period. He only asked a question. The couldn't take they got called out on the spot so banned him like pussies.
Mark is exhibiting the same imperious behavior that got him fired as an administrator at Justin.tv, applying made up rules or flouting them completely to do whatever he wants. His references to Haskel420 make the whole thing more bizarre.
The fact is that they run a business, so they can't "do whatever they want", and they should understand at this point that their treatment of users, any user, has a direct effect on the usage of their product. Their inability to be unbiased and stand off professionally at a distance is disturbing, as Scruffy has applied her limited world view to business decisions again and again, if there wasn't an umbilical chord connected to Mark she would have been fired from any other business.
Mark's sheepish pussiness is exhibited when he talks about how "even he got banned by his mother". In real life does that happen, or does anyone interfering with a CEO get fired? His example isn't what he intends, it exhibits the weirdness at work here instead of some altruistic sense of fairness.
